TERMS AND PRIVACY
When you visit DESIGNER WISH BAGS or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1 – Order
Your order shall be deemed placed when you complete the final step of the order process clicking on “place order”.
If it happens that a product you ordered is not available, we will inform you immediately.
2 – Prices / Payment
All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT. The selling price does not include shipping costs.
We offer 3 ways of payment:
You can pay by transfer to our bank account. The payment has to be done in 3 workdays. If the payment is not done by the due date, we have the right to cancel the sale.
We offer PayPal Payment.
Cash at our office:
You can pay your item cash by appointment in our office. The payment has to be done in 3 workdays. If the payment is not done by the due date, we have the right to cancel the sale.
3 – Product Information
We make big efforts to make sure colors and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and color quality may vary from the actual product. Each item has a product description (color, size, condition, etc) and digital photographs.
4 – Shipping
- Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: FREE SHIPPING with full insurance with signature on delivery.
- European Countries with full insurance and signature on delivery: 35€
- Out of Europe Countries with full insurance and signature on delivery: 55€
Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the check out.
We only ship with full insurance. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your order tracking number. With this your can track your order any time.
Most items will be dispatched within 24 hours, but always within 48 hours.
It takes 2-7 working days to deliver your order in Europe. Outside Europe 5-15 days.
We cannot change the delivery address for a redelivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do ship all our items from our showroom in Belgium. Orders to be delivered inside of the European Union countries do not have any customs or taxes fees. Orders to be delivered out of European Union please check with your country’s customs office to determine possible additional costs.
5 – Returns
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. ***
All items are sold ‘As it is’. Please send us an email if you have any questions regarding an item you’re interested in. As a small, dedicated team, every customer is of major importance to us. We will happily respond to any queries within 24 hours of receipt.
We will work with you closely so you can make the right shopping decision.

Please remember all items we offer (safe for the brand-new condition), can show a varied degree of wear – from mint condition to well worn. When in doubt, please ask us to elaborate on item specifics: we have no problem in disclosing all flaws, as we believe that adds to the overall character of the piece. Obviously, any flaws will be reflected on the price of the item.
*** The only exception will be in cases where the bag received does not correspond total or partial to the advertising description. If the item received is not as described in the advertising, the buyer may send the item back to us and he will be fully refunded.
We have to be informed about the discordance in 24 hours after received the item.
Return Shipping Costs are not refundable.
Eventual loss/difference due money conversion are not our responsibility.
For Purchases Out of European Union:
Important: If you will return an item, as no sales is taken place, this is a temporary import. Please mark the customs value as 0€ and write it as a RETURN with the sale invoice available outside of the pack. If your return result in Customs payment, it may be deduced from your refund.
6 – Authenticity
We guarantee the authenticity of each of the items for sale. For valuations and authentications, Designer Wish Bags works closely with professionals in the field of luxury goods and fashion, as well as confirmed experts.

7 – Applicable law
The buyer agree that any and all disagreements, differences of opinion and disputes will be referred to the courts with jurisdiction in the place where Designer Wish Bags has its registered office. All the contracts will be governed by the laws of Belgium.
8 – Privacy
By buying an item on www.designerwishbags.com, the buyer has to give personal information for deliveries, invoices and payment. Designer Wish Bags will treat this personal information as confidential and will never disclose them to third parties. We will use your e-mail address for our newsletters. You are able to unsubscribe at any moment.
